Eve Brownstone(she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Grief Educator, and Expressive Arts Therapist with over 30 years of experience helping adults and elders navigate life transitions, grief, trauma, and personal growth. She provides a warm, collaborative environment rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each individual’s lived experience.

Eve’s holistic approach integrates mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), with creative modalities like psychodrama and expressive arts therapy. A strong advocate for group work and community-based healing, she is dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their innate strengths, resilience, and authentic selves.
